1. Vehicle Operation

2. Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips (checking tires, brakes, lights, oil, water, etc.).
• Report any mechanical issues or damage to the fleet supervisor immediately.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and repairs.

3. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, mileage reports, and fuel usage.
• Ensure all delivery notes, invoices, and documents are signed and returned as required.
• Comply with company policies regarding documentation and record keeping.

4. Safety and Compliance

• Follow all safety regulations and company policies related to driving, loading, and unloading.
• Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
• Adhere to designated speed limits and maintain safe driving behavior at all times.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or traffic violations promptly.

5. Route and Delivery Management

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse, and logistics staff for delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively in case of delays, route changes, or emergencies.

6. Customer Service

• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients or delivery site personnel.
• Handle goods carefully to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
