Role: Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end trade lifecycle for privately held and liquid assets, including trade capture, settlements, and internal transfers across multiple asset classes.
• Facilitate deal execution by coordinating wire processing, FX hedging, KYC, and bank account openings with deal teams, fund management, tax, and external partners.
• Manage cash positioning and wire activity to maintain adequate liquidity and ensure timely processing.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations, resolving breaks promptly. Maintain issuer and asset reference data within OMS/IBOR systems.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting, monitor corporate actions, and assist with technology and process improvement initiatives to enhance trade support and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• 2 - 4 years investment operations experience
• Experience with Advent Geneva is a plus
