We are looking for a dedicated Heidelberg CD Assistant Operator to support the operation of Heidelberg CD offset printing machines. The assistant will help ensure smooth production, consistent print quality, and efficient machine performance while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the main operator in setting up and running Heidelberg CD offset printing machines

· Load paper, plates, inks, and other materials as per job requirements

· Support make-ready processes, plate changes, and job changeovers

· Monitor print quality and report issues such as color variation, misregistration, or defects

· Help with routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance

· Ensure proper handling and storage of printing materials

· Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

· Assist in meeting production targets and delivery schedules

Requirements & Skills:

· Basic knowledge of offset printing processes

· Prior experience in a printing press as an assistant is an advantage

· Willingness to learn machine operation and printing techniques

· Good attention to detail and quality awareness

· Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks

· Team-oriented with a positive work attitude
