Help Desk Specialist

A client of Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for end-user technical support, delivering high-quality service across all affiliated business units. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s IT environment, including laptop imaging and provisioning, tablet deployment, and ongoing management of company-issued hardware. Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for a wide range of devices—desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals—while supporting both Level 1 and Level 2 service needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• College Grad with an internship OR 1+ year of experience with imaging
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Windows imaging experience.
• Experience with HP or Dell products
• Windows 10 and 11 and M365
• People person with corporate professionalism

Compensation :

$20 TO 25/HR

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
