Job Summary:

We are looking for a Service Help Desk Engineer to provide first-line technical support to company users. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting production-related systems, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via tickets, phone, email, or in person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Support devices connected to production lines and ensure regular backups
  • Prepare and deliver IT assets for new hires and ensure asset documentation
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, barcoding, and stock availability
  • Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate IT team
  • Assist with IT consumables sourcing and technical support budget inputs
  • Perform device upgrades according to company policy


Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Service Desk / Help Desk / Technical Support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on-site in a factory environment
