Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 (L1) support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
  • Log, track, and update incidents in a help desk/ticketing tool
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist users with password resets, login, and access issues
  • Support Windows OS, MS Office, and common business applications
  • Perform basic system setup and software installation
  • Follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 support teams
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service.
