IT End User Support Engineer (On-site)

Our partner, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to serve as the primary technology lead for their local office. If you are tired of being a nameless face in a massive call center and want to actually
own
the technology environment you support, this is your move.
As the go-to technical expert on-site, you won’t just be resetting passwords—you’ll be the architect of the local user experience. From managing standard desktop images to auditing hardware contracts and investigating new tech trends, you will have a direct impact on how the business operates every day.
What You’ll Do

Be the Face of IT:
Resolve Level 1 and 2 technical issues via ticketing systems, phone, and direct desk-side support.

Own the Lifecycle:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair all office hardware including laptops, thin clients, and multifunction printers.

Administer Environments:
Manage user access and connectivity within
Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN
configurations.

Standardize Systems:
Develop and verify standard desktop images to ensure consistency across the local fleet.

Inventory Control:
Manage local hardware inventories and maintain critical support contracts.
Who You Are

The Pro:
You have
2-4 years of experience
in a formal Help Desk or Service Desk environment.

The Specialist:
You are proficient with
ServiceNow
and have a solid handle on
LAN/WAN
networking and computer imaging software.

The Communicator:
You can translate complex technical instructions into plain English for non-tech users.

The Self-Starter:
You thrive with minimal supervision and can juggle high-priority tickets without breaking a sweat.

Education:
High School diploma required; AA/BA/BS is a plus.
