Job Description
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to support desktop and end-user operations across multiple projects. This role provides Tier 1 help desk support while also assisting with hands-on desktop and on-site technical support as needed. The technician will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, document requests using a ticketing system, and escalate more complex issues to higher-level support teams.
This position supports the ongoing Office 365 (O365) rollout and offers a mix of customer-facing support and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Help Desk & End-User Support

Provide Tier 1 help desk support via phone, ticketing system, or remote tools

Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and user access issues

Document all issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using ServiceNow (ShareWell)

Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams as appropriate
Desktop & On-Site Support

Perform desktop installations, configuration, and break-fix support

Troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices

Assist with asset management, inventory tracking, and equipment staging

Help with IT equipment organization, cleaning, and disposal tasks

Support simple project setups, including preparation and deployment of equipment
Project & Team Support

Assist with IT projects, including hardware refreshes and Office 365 deployment

Work collaboratively with desktop, infrastructure, and project teams

Flex between customer support and hands-on technical work based on team needs and individual strengths
Required Skills & Experience

1+ year of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop environments

Familiarity with Office 365 support

Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience using a ticketing system to document issues

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
