BlueCare Helpdesk Administration Officer Property Services in Caboolture Offering permanent full time opportunity- Monday to Friday for great work life balance Job security and progression with one of the largest aged care providers in Queensland Remuneration: Base salary + 12% Super + 5 weeks annual leave +Not for Profit Salary Packaging Your part in the Statewide Facilities & Maintenance team Operating at a state-wide level, our Facilities & Maintenance team supports the delivery of UnitingCare Queensland services through proactively managing and maintaining the extensive property portfolios in South East Queensland (SEQ), Rural and Regional Queensland (R&R) and Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS).The role of Helpdesk Administration Officer is the first point of contact for the property services unit in the delivery of maintenance services to the extensive BlueCare and UnitingCare Community property portfolio. You will receive, assess and respond to service requests from internal customers and accurately record the information in the maintenance management database. The role is also responsible for the accurate and timely entry of data into the system and provide administration support to the designated property services/maintenance team. Previous customer service or contact centre experience; Demonstrated experience in general office administration including a sound knowledge of computer software packages eg. Microsoft office Suite and specific applications; Well developed communication skills and ability to elicit information salient to the service call; Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Capacity to positively contribute to, and work as part of, a dynamic team in addition to operating independently to achieve key performance indicators (KPI's) All Blue Care staff must satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
