Helpdesk engineer / IT Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email, or chat, maintaining customer records in a ticketing system, escalating complex problems, and contributing to a knowledge base. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills are essential for this role, as is a good understanding of operating systems, networking, and various hardware and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • repairing: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English & Urdu (Preferred)
