IT Executive

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive to manage and support the IT operations of our restaurant chain. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of POS systems, networks, and hardware/software across all branches while providing reliable technical support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support for POS systems, hardware, software, and network issues across branches.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain IT infrastructure (computers, printers, internet, CCTV, and related equipment).
• Perform system installations, updates, and regular maintenance.
• Ensure data security, backups, and recovery procedures are in place.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation for all branches.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for timely maintenance and upgrades.
• Support restaurant staff in resolving IT queries to minimize downtime.
• Assist in implementation of new technologies and software rollouts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT support or system administration experience (hospitality/retail industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and POS systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel to different branches when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
