Site Director - Distribution

As the Site Director, you will:

- Lead multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors

- Oversee deployment of Smart RMUs, FPIs, substations & DCCs

- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and client expectations

- Manage site execution, logistics, risk, and reporting

- Drive technical excellence and operational efficiency

What we’re looking for:

- 15+ years in substation, smart grid, or utility automation

- Strong knowledge of SCADA, RTUs, IEDs, IEC 61850, DNP3

- Leadership experience on large-scale infrastructure projects

- Familiarity with Pakistani utility regulations & KE systems (a plus)

- PMP certification, GIS/OT cybersecurity know-how (preferred)

- Ready to make an impact in the digital transformation of Pakistan’s power distribution

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs800,000.00 - Rs1,100,000.00 per month
