Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager (Design) to oversee and coordinate multiple design-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the design niche, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage remote teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple design projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with clients on Upwork, gather requirements, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure projects meet client expectations.
• Track project milestones, manage budgets, and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve issues, anticipate risks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the design industry.
• Experience working with Upwork or other freelance platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of design workflows, tools, and creative processes.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be willing to work night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Pakistan Standard Time).

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
