Job Title: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Location: Karachi
Reports To: Project Manager

Role Purpose

The M&E Officer will support the design, execution, and monitoring of program activities. The role involves routine field visits, data validation, stock verification, surveys, and reporting to ensure evidence-based decision-making and high-quality program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular monitoring visits to evaluate staff performance, trainings, IPC activities, client validation, and stock management.
  • Collect and analyze field data, support surveys, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Monitor program performance and provide evidence-based insights for improvements.
  • Contribute to annual research, learning objectives, and field evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical practice and 2 years in Health Project Management (preferably Sexual & Reproductive Health).
  • Strong knowledge of Family Planning/ Reproductive Health policies, IPC, and BCC.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English & Urdu (local languages preferred).
  • Computer literacy and willingness to travel extensively (10–15 days/month).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs47,000.00 per month
