About Teach the World Foundation:
Teach the World Foundation (TTWF) is a non-profit organization committed to eradicating illiteracy by leveraging digital technology to deliver quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all assessment activities in the field, ensuring that data collection processes are conducted according to prescribed protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor field operations to verify compliance: with assessment guidelines, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Training and development Lead hands on training on Assessment processes, protocols, data quality assurance and management.
- Provide support in data management including accurate recording, cleaning, and timely reporting of assigned functions.
- Contribute to resource planning by coordinating personnel, logistics, and materials to ensure smooth implementation of assessment plans; manage payment processing through financial software.
- Serve as a liaison for cross-departmental coordination; and perform other related administrative tasks.
- Assist in the execution of the overall monitoring and evaluation framework by tracking progress, documenting outcomes, and generating insights to inform program improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Social Sciences, Statistics, etc)
- Proven Experience in field data collection and Reporting, especially in educational settings.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
