Loading Officer

Job Location: Rawat Industrial Estate Rawalpindi

We are looking for experienced Loading Officer.

• Oversee Dispatch Operations: Manage the timely and efficient dispatch of goods, ensuring that orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched accurately to customers or business locations.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate a team of dispatch staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safety standards are followed, and deadlines are met.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is appropriately accounted for, including coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of items.
• Track Shipments: Monitor and track all dispatched goods, handling any delays or issues promptly and providing customers or internal teams with updates on shipment status.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Ensure that all dispatch records, invoices, and delivery logs are maintained accurately for accountability and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth flow of operations and resolve any issues related to dispatch and delivery.
