Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary: Rs. 45,000 – 65,000 (based on experience)
Experience: Maximum 2 years (hands-on experience required)

• A Journal Entries Test will be conducted on the day of the interview.
• Use of electronic gadgets will not be allowed during the test.

Job Description

The Syndicate is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling daily financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and vendor payments.
• Prepare basic financial reports and ledgers.
• Support in tax filings and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate financial data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
