Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire "Surveillance Manager".

Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6Night Shift: 8PM to 5AM – Six days a week – Monday till Saturday – On-site Position.

Job Overview:

Job Title: Surveillance Manager – Back Office Operations

Department: Control Panel (CP) / Compliance & Security

Location: Back Office (Pakistan) – Supporting U.S. Retail Store Operations

Reports To: Chief of Staff / AGM – Back Office Operations

Position Overview

The Surveillance Manager will oversee and manage the company’s store surveillance operations from the back office, ensuring effective live monitoring, loss prevention, and employee activity tracking across all Xclusive Trading Inc. retail locations in the U.S. This role is critical in safeguarding company assets, ensuring compliance, and maintaining operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance Operations Management

- Supervise and coordinate the Live Monitoring team responsible for real-time store surveillance across multiple U.S. markets.

- Oversee the Loss Prevention team to proactively identify, investigate, and mitigate potential theft, fraud, or policy violations.

- Manage the Employee Tracking team to ensure accurate monitoring of staff presence, behavior, and productivity in compliance with company standards.

- Ensure coverage scheduling and resource allocation to maintain 24/7/365 operational readiness.

2. Compliance & Reporting

- Implement and enforce store compliance monitoring protocols.

- Ensure incident reports are documented, investigated, and escalated in a timely manner.

- Review and validate surveillance footage for legal or HR purposes when required.

- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on surveillance KPIs, loss prevention incidents, and employee tracking insights.

3. Process & Technology Optimization

- Work with IT and CP departments to enhance surveillance tools, AI-based analytics, and automation systems.

- Identify blind spots and propose technical upgrades or procedural changes to strengthen monitoring efficiency.

- Train and mentor surveillance staff on operational procedures, company policies, and emerging security technologies.

4. Interdepartmental Coordination

- Liaise with U.S.-based field managers, compliance officers, and HR teams to address findings from surveillance.

- Collaborate with the Time Verification Department for retrospective monitoring and attendance verification.

- Support investigations in coordination with Legal, HR, and Compliance departments.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or security management (retail experience preferred). Experience of managing remote teams in a high-volume, multi-location environment.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using surveillance systems, live monitoring tools, and incident management software.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Effective communication skills (English proficiency required).

Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in critical situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
