Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operations for smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise staff, assign duties, and monitor attendance via the company portal.
• Handle client dealings, contracts, and ensure timely recoveries.
• Ensure on-time dispatch and accurate Logistics documentation.
• Monitor operational expenses and maintain cost control.
• Enforce company policies and operational standards.
• Coordinate with head office and Head of Operations for reporting and operational updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, cargo, or courier operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
