IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Monitoring, Integrations and fault outage reporting of all kinds of PTCL’s wireless access and wireless core network elements. Alarm handling of Wireless network elements including core and access network elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Outage monitoring through TeMIP (telecom Management information platform) and follow up with field teams for early restoration and 0 Minute outage reporting to all Stake Holders.
• Management of country wide planned activities and ensure timely execution till completion of activities through designed PIB.
• Coordination with regulatory authorities for closure of wireless/wireline services as per law and order requirement.
• Through traffic analysis, weekly and monthly reporting and identifying problematic areas which badly hurts the overall KPIs.
• Ensure proper routing of trouble ticket to concerned field coordinators on HPE-Service Manager.
• Creation of Trouble Tickets for all important alarms events
• Collocation sites management and SLA calculation.
• Maintaining Database of wireless network. Integrations of new systems (OCS, VSAT and DRS) to increase network visibility and the scope of fault monitoring.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Telecom Engineering / Computer Engineering / Electronics Engineering
• Relevant experience preferred

Technical Competencies

• Understanding of 2G, 3G & 4G Technologies
• Understanding of Wireless Networks
• Understanding of Network Operation Center Processes
