PSS ICS Manager (Production Support Service & Information & Cyber Security)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PSS ICS Manager to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to drive and manage the ICS BoW effectively. The ideal candidate will also be adept at troubleshooting and addressing various operational challenges within the application department.

This role is for outsourced banking sector projects, and the selected candidate will be placed on-site at the bank’s location as per project requirements.

Reports to: Senior Manager ApplicationKey Responsibilities:

· Lead the development, implementation, and management of the ICS BoW.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of the ICS BoW with overall business objectives.

· Monitor progress and performance against the ICS BoW, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.

· Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the ICS BoW.

· Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to application processes.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

· Proven experience in managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives.

· Strong understanding of ICS (Information and Cyber Security) principles and practices.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the financial services industry.

Contract Period:

This is a contract-based role for 1 year, extendable up to 18 months.
