Helpdesk Operator (Saudi National)

Overview

Provide first-line operational and technical support for systems, facilities, and user queries to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Your role

• Receive, log, and manage incidents and service requests through helpdesk systems.
• Provide initial troubleshooting for IT, ITS, and facilities-related issues.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams and track resolution.
• Ensure timely closure of tickets in line with SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions.
• Support reporting on system performance and recurring issues.

About you

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in helpdesk or technical support roles.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Basic troubleshooting skills in IT systems and applications.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
