Job Summary
The PMG Help Desk Technician will be the primary contact for all PMG locations in reference to the help desk ticket and phone system. The Help Desk Technician is responsible for setting up and removing PMG user accounts, email accounts, and resetting passwords. The Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot basic issues regarding computer and laptop connectivity, functionality, printer, and scanner problems, and Veradigm system issues. The Help Desk Technician will serve as the point of contact for both the technical and clinical resource for PMG and will be expected to travel to all PMG locations on a routine basis.
