Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the AC Technician in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of AC units (Split, Window, Ducted, Package Units, etc.)
• Help with dismantling, cleaning, and re-installing indoor and outdoor AC components.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment required for maintenance and repair activities.
• Perform basic tasks such as filter cleaning, washing condenser coils, and clearing drain lines under technician supervision.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area after completing each task.
• Help in transporting spare parts and materials from stores or suppliers as required.
• Support technicians during troubleshooting and repair works.
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and site regulations.
• Report any hazards, damages, or abnormal observations to the technician or supervisor.
• Assist in loading/unloading AC units and equipment at site.
• Maintain tools in good condition and ensure they are accounted for after every job.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of AC systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience as a helper in facility management or maintenance (advantage).
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Willingness to work in outdoor and indoor environments.
• Basic understanding of safety practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
