Helper

Job Summary

The Production Helper assists the production team in daily manufacturing activities. The role includes handling materials, supporting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators and production staff during manufacturing.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Help in packing, labeling, and stacking products.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas.
• Move materials within the production area when required.
• Follow company safety rules and procedures.
• Report any problems or damages to the supervisor.
• Support other production tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of factory work.
• Ability to lift materials and stand for long hours.
• Good teamwork and communication.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Education & Experience

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years factory experience can apply.

Working Conditions

• Factory/production environment.
• May require shift work.
• Physical work such as lifting and moving materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
