Position: Mandoob Agent/ PRO-Coordinator
Experience: 3 – 5yrs
Location: Silicon Oasis, Dubai
Preferable: Arabic speaker
Job Responsibility:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management or similar role.
- Experience in an outsourcing organization or service administration company at the same level
- Collect and check of receiving documents sent by dib to the call center agents/ supervisor.
- Review the collected documents to ensure match with assigned appointment by the call center agents and supervisor
- Contact the buyer and seller to reaffirm the appointment initiated by the call center agents and proceed for delivery
- Inspect and check the vehicle details/ car before the delivery to ensure all details and condition is as per requirement /invoice
- Check the required documents i.e., original insurance named to dib and its value, selling letter named to dib, customs papers prepared by the showrooms.
- Highlighting any vehicle defects or mismatch in case any to the supervisor/call center agents immediately for further actions and declining the delivery in a well-mannered.
- Ensure also the buyer checks the vehicle before proceeding to sign the contract
- Complete the delivery process once the inspected vehicles and documents are satisfactory then proceed to complete the delivery process.
- Confirm and clarify to the call center agent and supervisor that the delivery process is completed.
- Handover the complete set of documents to al tanmyah services representative (supervisor or call center agents) for further processing
- Ability to timely completion of assigned work
- Ability to carry out work in accordance with sla/agreement with management
