Job Title: Helper / Cleaning Worker

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper / Cleaning Worker to support daily operations in a stainless steel fabrication workshop. The candidate will assist fabricators, maintain cleanliness of the workshop, handle materials, and ensure tools and work areas are organized and safe.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain fabrication workshop, machines, tools, and workstations.

Remove metal dust, scrap materials, and waste safely.

Assist fabricators, welders, and technicians with basic tasks.

Load, unload, and move stainless steel materials and equipment.

Organize tools, consumables, and storage areas.

Support polishing, grinding, and packing activities when required.

Help maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.

Perform other general helper duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Previous experience in fabrication, workshop cleaning, or industrial helper work preferred.

Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

Basic understanding of workshop safety practices.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Willingness to work overtime if required.

Basic communication skills in English

Monthly Salary: AED 1,400 – 1,500 per month (based on experience & interview).

Employment Visa: Fully sponsored with work permit.

Health Insurance: Standard medical coverage

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
