Helper - Dry Fruit Store

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the Dry Fruits & Pantry section
• Guide customers in selecting dry fruits and pantry items based on their needs
• Maintain, clean, sort, and organize dry fruits shelves and bins
• Ensure proper product display, labeling, and pricing
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to the Store Manager
• Maintain product freshness, quality, and food safety standards
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Operate cash counter, billing system, and payment handling accurately
• Suggest complementary and add-on products to increase sales
• Keep shelves, storage areas, and displays clean and organized
• Support team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum experience in Dry Fruits / Pantry section is compulsory
• Knowledge of cleaning, grading, sorting, and handling dry fruits
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience handling customer complaints
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift stock if required
• Team player with attention to detail
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High school qualification preferred

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs33,000.00 per month
