Helper - Fitout Industry

Ontime Healthcare is looking for a motivated and reliable Helper to join our team in the Fitout Industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and finishing of fitout projects
• Help in the preparation and maintenance of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Carry, load, and unload materials and equipment at job sites
• Support tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
• Keep the work environment clean and organized throughout the duration of the project
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents to supervisors
• Engage in training and development sessions as needed
  
  

Requirements

• No formal experience required, but prior experience in the construction or fitout sector is an advantage
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
• Enthusiastic, with a strong willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining safety standards
• Flexible to work various shifts and hours as necessary
• Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to the job
