Key ResponsibilitiesLabourers are responsible for a variety of tasks that support daily operations, including:

Site Preparation and Maintenance: Cleaning and preparing work sites, removing debris, and ensuring a safe environment for all workers.
Material Handling: Loading, unloading, moving, and securing tools, equipment, and raw materials.
Following Instructions: Implementing construction plans, following supervisors’ directions, and adhering to safety protocols.
Specialized Tasks: Occasionally handling hazardous materials or performing tasks requiring on-the-job training.
Working experience in Household items and hypermarket

Required Skills and Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous tasks, lift heavy loads (often 50 pounds or more), and work in all weather conditions.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained on the job site.
Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
Tool and Equipment Familiarity: Experience with hand tools, power tools, and machinery is advantageous. and household items.
Instruction Following: Ability to understand and execute directions accurately.
Education and Training: A high school diploma is often preferred; vocational training in carpentry, welding, or blueprint reading can enhance qualifications. Licensing may be required for handling hazardous materials
