STORE HELPER/LABOUR

A labourer performs physical and supportive tasks to assist skilled workers, maintain safe and efficient worksites, and ensure smooth operations in construction, warehouse, or industrial settings. Key ResponsibilitiesLabourers are responsible for a variety of tasks that support daily operations, including:

• Site Preparation and Maintenance: Cleaning and preparing work sites, removing debris, and ensuring a safe environment for all workers.
• Material Handling: Loading, unloading, moving, and securing tools, equipment, and raw materials.
• Following Instructions: Implementing construction plans, following supervisors’ directions, and adhering to safety protocols.
• Specialized Tasks: Occasionally handling hazardous materials or performing tasks requiring on-the-job training.
• Working experience in Household items and hypermarket

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous tasks, lift heavy loads (often 50 pounds or more), and work in all weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained on the job site.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Tool and Equipment Familiarity: Experience with hand tools, power tools, and machinery is advantageous. and household items.
• Instruction Following: Ability to understand and execute directions accurately.
• Education and Training: A high school diploma is often preferred; vocational training in carpentry, welding, or blueprint reading can enhance qualifications. Licensing may be required for handling hazardous materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
