Store Keeper – SAP Knowledge Required

We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper currently available in Doha and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse/store operations and good knowledge of SAP system for inventory and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory using SAP system.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requests and issuance.
  • Prepare reports related to stock movement, shortages, and inventory status.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and stock audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Warehouse Assistant.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP system is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
  • Ability to use MS Office and prepare basic reports.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Currently available in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
