Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Steel Structural Helper to support fabrication, erection, and installation activities related to steel structures. The ideal candidate will assist skilled workers such as fabricators, welders, and fitters in day-to-day site and workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the fabrication and installation of steel structures
• Support welders, fabricators, and fitters during operations
• Load, unload, and transport steel materials and tools
• Hold and position steel components during cutting, welding, and assembly
• Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
• Maintain safety standards and use PPE at all times

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of construction or steel structure work preferred
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials
• Willingness to work in outdoor/site conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Prior experience in construction or steel fabrication is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment
• Understanding of safety practices on construction sites
• Ability to assist in measuring, cutting, and fitting tasks

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
