CONSTRUCTION HELPER -

Construction Helpers support skilled workers on site by performing basic labor tasks, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
• Mix cement, mortar, and concrete as instructed
• Clean work areas and remove debris
• Assist in scaffolding, formwork, and temporary works
• Hold tools and materials for skilled workers
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times
• Perform basic digging, lifting, and manual labor tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

• No formal education required (basic literacy preferred)
• Previous construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines
