Hematology Account Manager

This role is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions in Qatar and the assigned geographical territory. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely access to treatments, drive business growth, and support patient care. In this role you will…

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to support patient care.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with commercial strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and provide insights to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and market access teams to ensure product availability and access.
  • Conduct educational meetings and scientific discussions to raise awareness about disease management.
  • Ensure compliance with GSK’s policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all activities.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our roles:

  • Medical or Pharmacy degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 2 years of oncology/hematology experience is preferable
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Previous experience in account management or supporting product launches.
  • Experience working in Qatar or familiarity with the healthcare landscape in the region.
  • Ability to manage a large geographical territory with effective time management.
  • Commercial acumen, including business analytics and strategic planning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Work Arrangement
