HGV Class 1 Driver Full Time

We are a Family owned, long established haulier based in Hinckley.

We are looking for a permanent full time Class 1 CE driver. Driver must hold a current DCPC Card & UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card. This position is salaried, and we offer 28 days holiday per year.

We are looking for a new member to our team who can be left to work with minimal supervision & has a good geographical knowledge.

We operate modern well-maintained vehicles with curtainside trailers. We deliver palletised cardboard products on behalf of a Hinckley manufacturer. These are usually one to three drops, returning each day to base.

The start time, finish time, and routes vary from day to day (allocated by the customer) so the weekly hours will vary. This is a day shift, Monday to Friday.

In addition to salary we offer a daily subsistence of approx £4 per day, paid monthly

Experience:

• Driving an Articulated Goods Vehicle: 1 year (preferred)
• driving: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver CPC (required)
• HGV 1 CE Licence (required)
