HGV Class 1 Tramper

Longs of Leeds, now proudly part of the Expect Distribution Group, are recruiting HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join our growing team. This is a Monday to Saturday role involving nights out.

The role is general haulage, delivering a variety of loads including palletised goods, ambient food products, timber and paper. Full training on specific load types can be provided where required.

We take great pride in delivering excellent customer service, so we’re looking for professional, friendly and approachable drivers who represent our business positively at all times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Full UK Driving Licence with C+E entitlement
• Digital tachograph card
• Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
• Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, including nights out
• No more than 6 penalty points (certain endorsements not accepted, e.g. DR)
• Minimum age of 22 (insurance requirements)
• Ideally at least 3 months’ Class 1 driving experience
