HGV Class 2 Driver

A great opportunity available to join Hurrells as a Class 2 driver delivering forklifts, powered access equipment, and telehandlers across the south-east. Working from our base in Strood we run a minimum 46 hours per week, but usually averaging around 50-55. Full licence and current CPC required. We are a very busy team, delivering our own hire equipment and also moving customer owned equipment. The job is physically demanding as it involves securing equipment to your vehicle safely. Previous experience with machinery would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given. Drivers are expected to have good customer communication skills, use their own initiative, and be able to keep paperwork to the required standard. Drivers have their own vehicle and are expected to keep them clean and organised.
