£ 33,864 per annum pro-rata + bonuses

Average 48 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Fixed Term Period – Immediate start – To cover sickness (Reviewed monthly)

We are currently looking for a Fixed Term Class 2 Delivery Driver based at our Darlington

Distribution Centre, to follow a dedicated route each week, delivering to an established and loyal customer base within the Darlington distribution area.

The Position: As a Fixed Term Class 2 Delivery Driver you will be involved in a multitude of tasks which will include, but are not limited to:

· Delivering customer orders to a dedicated customer base

· Building strong relationships with your customer base

· Ensuring your vehicle is kept clean and tidy

· Completing all relevant paperwork in line with Company procedure

· Ensuring you comply with all EU Drivers Rule legislation

The Person

· A full LGV Category C (Class 2) licence, Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (CPC) are essential

· Multi-drop experience would be advantageous but is not essential

· Be physically fit due to the nature of the role including heavy lifting

· The ability to work on your own initiative is required

· Excellent customer service skills are essential
