HGV Class 2 Driver

Brick Fabrication Ltd is a leading manufacturer of pre fabricated products for the house building industry throughout the UK. The company operates from a 20,000 sq.ft. factory in South Wales and a production facility in Stoke.

The Position

To provide a professional delivery and collection service to construction sites in the south west and south east of England and Wales. This is an interesting and varied position that would suit someone who likes variety and a challenge.

The lorry is a flatbed vehicle for the distribution of pre fabricated building products to house building and construction sites and the collection of brick for return to the factory.

The Person

We are looking for an experienced multi drop HGV2 lorry driver with a good knowledge of an area within 100 miles of the Pontypool branch.

Full training in product specific issues will be provided and you will be expected to undertake ongoing training to update and improve your skills.

You will need to be flexible and help out in the factory if driving is not available on any given day.

You should be in good health, reliable and be able to demonstrate an excellent employment history. References will be required.

This is a permanent position, however a three month fixed contract will be offered in the first instance.

Working week normally Monday to Friday.
