HGV Class 2 Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HGV class 2 driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient driving of a drain tanker, ensuring that all transport regulations are adhered to. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while on the road.

Duties

• Operate and drive lorries to various locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all driving is carried out with transport regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that may occur during transport.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence (CPC) with appropriate endorsements for lorry operation.
• Proven experience as a driver or in commercial driving roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices for driving.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy items when necessary.
