HGV Class 2 Mixer Driver

Patersons Quarries is an independent quarrying company based in our Rigside Depot, with operations across Scotland’s central belt. We supply a wide range of products including quarry materials, ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks, and bricks.

Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our transport team and are currently recruiting for 2 Concrete Mixer Drivers to join our team.

The Role:
Reporting to the Transport Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering materials safely and efficiently to various sites across the central belt. You’ll carry out daily vehicle checks, ensure your vehicle is well maintained, and report any defects promptly.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Category C or C+E licence
• Minimum of 1 year experience driving concrete mixers
• Maximum of 6 points on your licence
• Strong awareness of safe working practices
• Commitment to health & safety standards

Working Hours & Flexibility:

• Monday to Friday
• Regular overtime required
• Weekend work available during busy periods
