About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced driver with a Class 2 HGV License with CPC, to play a critical role in our team at our Alnwick branch.

You will take responsibility for ensuring our customers get their deliveries to the right place at the right time, whilst driving in a safe, responsible manner and maintaining vehicles in a clean and tidy condition.

You will have excellent organisation skills, allowing you to plan suitable routes having due regard for safe access, weight, height and width restrictions. You will ensure you protect and secure loads as appropriate to ensure safe and damage free transit, as well as operating lorry crane equipment within Health and Safety guidelines. Excellent customer service skills are a must, ensuring you maintain good customer relations.

Ideally, you will have experience with multi-drop deliveries and good geographical knowledge of local and surrounding areas. Experience of using a crane/HIAB is preferable.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30am to 5.00pm plus alternate Saturdays 08.00am to 12.00pm.
