Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a Home Health Aide who is a 5-Star Caregiver to provide light housekeeping and personal care services to the elderly and disabled in the comfort of their own homes.
Dependable: Arrives on time, ready to work. Maintains an unblemished attendance record. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to fill vacant shifts when needed.-
Thorough: Attentively follows designated care-plans, taking care to understand client needs in order to address them. Updates Care Plans to reflect changes in client care and informs Management of same.

Observant: Aware of a client’s unique personal and medical history so as to recognize changes, whether behavioral, physical, social, or psychological as they pertain to a client’s overall health and well-being.

Clear & Concise: Communicates professionally, tactfully, and with discretion in verbal exchanges with the client, and family members. Records all activities and observations factually in the visit notes.

Follow-Through: Communicates with Management, ensuring that all issues, updates, changes, and concerns are reported to the office in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:-
Must have valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities-
Light House keeping
-
Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house

Help with basic cleaning around the home

Assist client with personal care and hygiene

Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client

Assist with shopping errands

Perform light housekeeping duties
-
Be a pleasant and supportive companion

Report any unusual incidents

Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergences
