HHA - Home Health Aide

Job Summary

We are now hiring Home Health Aides in Falmouth, Massachusetts for multiple immediate home care cases.

As part of our team, you will provide one-on-one support to patients in their homes, helping with daily routines and personal care while promoting independence and safety.

• Bathing and dressing assistance
• Toileting and hygiene support
• Meal prep
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Mobility support
• Safety supervision

Flexible schedules and consistent assignments available.
