Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced HHA or CNA for a Full-Time Coverage & Support role serving clients throughout the Worcester County area. This position guarantees 40 hours every week. When caregivers call out or are unavailable, you step in to ensure clients never miss care. Assignments may change with short notice, including same-day adjustments based on coverage needs.

What You’ll Receive

• 40 guaranteed hours every week
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule (8 AM–5 PM)
• $21–$22/hr based on experience
• Mileage reimbursement between clients

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Support clients across Worcester County and surrounding towns
• Communicate with office staff regarding schedule updates
• Assist with documentation and smooth coverage transitions
• Provide in-office support during slower coverage periods as needed

Requirements

• Active HHA certification or CNA license
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable traveling throughout Central Massachusetts
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes
