HHA/Bonita Springs Area

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide personal care and companionship to a client. The caregiver will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensure the client’s comfort and safety, and foster a supportive environment while following all health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Support client with mobility, positioning, and exercises as directed.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Monitor for changes in client’s condition and promptly report to supervisor.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to prevent infection.
• Accurately document services provided and client’s daily progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols.
• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to use PPE appropriately and follow infection control guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and transfer patients using assistive equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem, Temporary

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
