The Software Support Specialist VISTA Member is to ensure a high level of customer service, excellent time management, strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. The specialist will have to study the Federal Regulations that set the rules and regulations that focus on the areas of family recruitment and coordination and home building. Based on their study, they will develop user manuals, and presentations, and conduct training for staff and families. Weekly they will be required to prepare and present PowerPoint slides that will outline what they learned and show examples of documents and processes they recommend that should be used. The primary duties and responsibilities of the VISTA Member Software Support Specialist revolve around identifying, conducting comparative analysis of existing and emerging technologies, creating, organizing, editing, and maintaining the content on our website and social media platforms. It also involves ensuring that the website's content is up to date, accurate, relevant, and engaging for our target audience. They will be expected to keep up to date on artificial intelligence, SEO optimization, promotion, and social media platforms/analytics.
Member Duties : VISTA members will have an opportunity to give back to the community and shape their future career paths while unlocking the potential for members to enact real change in the communities served by HP Homes. By taking on new and challenging responsibilities such as working in social media, data management, program support, and community engagement (including peer mentorship), they will be expected to increase adaptability, prioritize tasks, and flexibility. They will be challenged to look for opportunities to improve how HP Homes engage with prospective clients. Members must be able to collaborate with a wide range of people from clients to board members to achieve the best results. VISTA members will be expected to recognize the importance of punctuality, commitment, and follow through to help translate ideas into activities, prepare observational notes for future discussion on how our approach can be improved, and other instructional support and guidance.
