Blue Star is hiring High-End Residential Carpenter to join our team in the D.C. area. We build high-end residential projects and are looking for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality craftsmanship and want steady, year-round work.

What You'll Do

• Perform framing, trim, finish, and specialty carpentry work
• Read and follow construction drawings
• Work with supervisors, project managers, and trades to keep jobs on schedule
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Represent Blue Star with professionalism on every project

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of carpentry experience (residential preferred)
• Skilled with tools, materials, and construction methods
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Team player with strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits
