Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious High-Rise Building Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience cleaning exterior and interior surfaces of tall buildings, including glass facades, windows, and structural elements, using rope access, cradles, or scaffolding systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean windows, glass panels, and exterior facades of high-rise buildings
• Operate and maintain rope access equipment, gondolas, or Building Maintenance Units (BMU) safely
• Follow all height-safety protocols, harness procedures, and fall-protection guidelines
• Inspect equipment before use and report any faults or safety concerns
• Perform general cleaning duties as required (interior/exterior surfaces, common areas, etc.)
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned cleaning schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in high-rise/exterior building cleaning
• Valid certification in Rope Access (IRATA/similar) or Working at Heights, if applicable
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage
• Physically fit, with no fear of heights
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• IRATA/SPRAT certification (any level)
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Prior experience working in GCC -based facilities or commercial towers
